Order Processing
We process all orders in the order they are received. Processing time generally takes 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During periods of high volume, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (if applicable).
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or returned shipments. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer several shipping options through our third-party logistics and carrier partners. Delivery timeframes depend on the method selected at checkout and your shipping destination.
Estimated delivery windows (after order processing) are:
- Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 2–4 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination and carrier availability

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

- Select international destinations
If your location is not available at checkout, we may not currently ship to your region.
International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United States:
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be assessed by your local customs authority.
- These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
- Customers are responsible for paying all applicable customs and import fees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.
However, we want you to have a great experience:
- If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first.
- If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will help resolve the issue in accordance with carrier policies and our replacement guidelines.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is submitted.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
Returns and Exchanges

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
If an order is returned to us due to:
- an incorrect address
- missing information
- refusal of delivery
- failure to pick up from the carrier
the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
We will contact you if your package is returned.
Refunds for undeliverable packages may be issued minus the shipping cost, at our discretion.
